Esther Sirghie is the daughter of Romanian immigrants and was raised in a family deeply involved in caregiving. Growing up in a home that also operated as an Adult Family Home (AFH), she developed a strong passion for healthcare and serving others at an early age. This lifelong exposure to compassionate care inspired her to pursue a career in nursing. Over the years, Esther has remained closely connected to the AFH community through nurse delegation, resident assessments, consulting, management, and hands-on resident care.
Esther earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Northwest University Buntain School of Nursing in 2015. This rigorous academic foundation serves as the bedrock for the clinical excellence provided at Westside Manor.
She brings more than 10 years of direct patient care experience, with the majority of her nursing career spent in critical care settings, caring for individuals with complex medical needs.
Esther’s vision is for every resident to feel respected, valued, understood, and genuinely cared for. She strives to provide not only exceptional nursing care but also a true sense of home.
Her goal is to give families peace of mind, allowing them to return to their cherished roles as spouses, children, siblings, and loved ones, knowing their family member is receiving compassionate, professional care from a team they can trust.
